RACKET BALL
A “racket ball” is used for playing the sport called “racquetball,” which is a fast-paced, indoor game played on a four-walled court where players use a short-handled racket to hit a hollow rubber ball against the walls, aiming to keep the ball in play for their opponent to hit back; essentially, it’s a high-energy sport that provides a great cardiovascular workout.

A sack race is a fun, competitive game where participants hop forward in a large sack (like a pillowcase), primarily used as a way to promote physical activity, develop balance, coordination, and gross motor skills, often enjoyed by children at parties or events; it’s essentially a race where people jump forward while inside a sack.

Skipping Rope
Jump ropes are affordable, lightweight, and portable and offer exercise as well as fun activities for children. Jumping rope builds lower body strength in the legs, works the upper arm muscles, and gives an aerobic workout by increasing blood flow and raising the heart rate.

SPORT CONES
Sport cones are used for training and marking in many sports, including soccer, football, basketball, and baseball. They can also be used for other activities like skating, obstacle courses, and dog training.
